The family triumphed at the Styrian bread award with innovative bread sorts. Bauernbrot Nöhrer is the national winner at the Styrian bread award!
Ingrid and Andrea Nöhrer from Unterdombach won the Styrian Bread Award in the category “Innovative bread” with their ” Käferbohnenbrot aus dem Holzbackofen” (Käferbohne is a styrian bean. Bread with bean baked in the wood-burning oven). In addition to the bean bread, the farmer’s bread from the wood-fired oven, nut bread and spelt bread were awarded gold, and the paprika bacon bread was awarded silver.
